About the course
You turn over a tarot card, look at the picture, then reach straight for the guidebook. How are you supposed to remember what they all mean? And where do you even begin? Tarot for Beginners gives you a starting point. We’ll explore how numbers help you recognise patterns, then get to know the 22 cards of the Major Arcana through their stories, symbols and everyday meanings. You’ll bring your learning together in a seven-day daily tarot challenge, giving you time to practise and make your own connections. You don’t need any previous experience or to think of yourself as particularly intuitive. We’ll start with what you can see in the cards and build from there. I’m Gayle, The Witch Next Door, and I teach tarot in a way that encourages curiosity, understanding and trust in your own observations. By the end, you’ll have a foundation in the Major Arcana and a simple way to keep practising, so opening your deck feels less daunting and much more interesting.
Meet Gayle, The Witch Next Door
I’m Gayle, a Celtic earth witch and the founder of the Moon & Earth Academy. I teach witchcraft in a way that feels grounded, approachable and personal. When I teach spell creation, I want you to understand *why* you’re choosing an action or ingredient, rather than feel that you have to follow a recipe perfectly. We’ll begin by noticing energy, explore how breath can help focus intention, and then use my Spell Creation Method to put the pieces together. My hope is that you leave The Witch’s Path: Energy & Spell Creation feeling able to create a spell that makes sense to you.
